Lis Brunbjerg Eriksen and her husband, Jesper Havn Eriksen of Hellerup, Denmark have a history of cheating tenants out of their security deposit, and claiming that they have not received bank transfers even when confronted with documentation that the funds were sent and received by their bank. They just simply say; "we didn't receive the money, it's your problem!"
They routinely rent to foreigners who don't speak Danish and have very little legal recourse in Denmark. They have done this over and over and over. They stole approximately 22,000 Danish Kroner from me, and did the same to the previous tenant, claiming that she had not paid a month's rent even after she gave them documentation that she had. They claim that they can't return your security deposit until the meters are read which they will tell you is months away. Then you will never hear from them again. This despite the fact that they charge you for utilities every month, and hold a security deposit of 16,000 kroner when the additional utilities couldn't possibly amount to even 1000 kroner.
